BAKE 360 - Plating and Pairing


Course Description
A well-plated modern dessert creates expectations. When a dessert and wine are paired correctly the tasting experience is enhanced. Working from a basis of product knowledge and ingredient functions, explore current plating trends and techniques found in today’s restaurants, hotels and international destinations. Tastings will be used to identify proper pairings with student made desserts.
