COOK 350 - Culinary Perspectives

Course Description
Students are lead through a review of classical French cuisine as a foundation for the exploration of ethnic and contemporary cuisines. Students will then explore and experiment with elements of international cuisines such as Asian, Mediterranean, North and South American, Regional and Middle Eastern. Culinary trends are examined.
