Course Description
The purpose of the communications course is to improve verbal and written skills for the rail employee. This course will foster confidence and clarity when imparting information on the job. Career-related skills such as writing effective resumes and cover letters, conducting job interviews, and projecting a professional demeanour will also be covered.
