OGPA 214 - Production Accounting - Gas - Level 3

Course Description
Includes material and exercises on field handling and gas processing, gas measurement, shallow gas, AER gas well and facility reporting, oil, gas, NGL and sulphur marketing, gas plant allocations, Saskatchewan production and crown royalty reporting and joint venture accounting.

Classroom Students
- As of September 1, 2015 all students beginning the CAPPA program after June 30th, 2015 are required by CAPPA to complete a basic Financial Accounting course prior to entry into Level 4 of the CAPPA program, see CAPPA’s website, Pre-requisites & Graduation Requirements.
- SAIT’s OGPA 201 Financial Accounting for Production Accountants meets this requirement. Please see Professional Development Courses to register.
- Basic Financial Accounting Courses from other institutions can be considered.
- Additional CAPPA Requirements: Petrinex modules,
