Most students will experience gaps in their knowledge and academic skills at some point - it’s normal! This course is designed to help build awareness of your own academic and personal strengths, in addition to providing strategies for overcoming your challenges so that they don’t hold you back.

Topics covered include navigating online learning, time management, financial literacy, academic strategies for effective learning and studying, and an introduction to health and wellness.
