ADPT 106 - Primer on Sales


Course Description:
This module introduces learners to the fundamentals of sales, including prospecting, qualifying, asking questions, and developing proposals. It focuses not only on the importance of product and service knowledge and relational skills that create real value in relationship building at each step of the sales process.
