MOTR 215 - Final Drives

Description
In this course, you will focus on final drive and ATV drive line service and repair. You will take an in-depth look at the design, operation, inspection and service of motorcycle chain drives, belt drives and shaft drives, and perform roller chain cleaning and adjustment. You will also inspect and service ATV front differentials and four-wheel drive components, and describe the inspections and measurements required to overhaul the secondary bevel gear system. You will apply the theory you learn in class to a series of hands-on shop activities.
