Program Description


The First Nations Housing Manager training program (FNHM) is a two year certificate program offered to both current and future First Nations housing managers. The program consists of a series of 12 courses and provides students with the knowledge to effectively manage elements of on-reserve housing. The 21 hour courses are held over three days and involve a mix of group and individual learning. Courses include property management fundamentals, client communication, construction and maintenance management, accounting and financial systems, and site planning.
