Bujininkan Budo Taijutsu


Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu is the combined product of many Japanese Martial Art traditions. It involves the strategic application of both empty handed and armed techniques. Strikes, locks, throws and escapes are all practiced with an emphasis on practical self - defense.

Capoeira


Capoeira is a Brazilian mixed martial art developed 400 years ago by the slaves and indigenous people of Brazil who were forced to disguise their art form by incorporating elements of dance and acrobatics. Our classes involve cardiovascular and muscular components, as well as Brazilian song and dance and are designed for people of all ages and abilities.

Kickboxing


In this beginner friendly class, you will work through cardio workouts, build muscular strength and power, while learning proper technique and execution of kicks and punches.

Fit Boxing (women only)


You’ll love this fun, empowering program just for women. Be prepared to break a sweat and train hard. Kickboxing is one of the most intense fitness programs out there!

Karate


Our Karate programs incorporate the discipline of Wado Karate and are designed for different age groups and levels. While studying techniques, Kata (forms) and Kumite (sparring), participants learn self - defense and build their physical conditioning. The workouts are fun and designed to teach self-control, commitment to a task, self - respect and respect for others.

Kendo


Learn the Japanese Martial Art of Kendo. Kendo means “the way of the sword”. You will learn the fundamentals of footwork, body motion and a variety of techniques involved in using the Shinai (Banboo sword) and bokken (wooden sword). Kendo teaches discipline and respect and builds character through physical and mental training.
