LDSH 011 - Advanced LEADS

Course Description
Advanced LEADS Training is a comprehensive five-day course which provides in-depth training on the LEADS framework. This framework focuses on leading self, engaging others, achieving results, developing coalitions and systems transformation and can be used by all leaders, regardless of their role. The LEADS framework key skills, behaviours, abilities and knowledge required to lead in all sectors of the economy and types of organizations are covered along with opportunities to apply the framework.
