LDSH 162 - Building a Team

Course Description
An effective leader engages in team-building activities to increase the satisfaction of individuals who work in groups or teams and to promote synergy among them so that the group is more effective as well. Most team-building experts believe that the exercise of leadership is necessary to transform a gathering of individuals into a team, the whole of which is greater than the sum of the parts.
