ELAW 107 - Employment Contracts

Course Description
At the heart of the employment relationship is the employment contract. This course builds on general knowledge of contract law and reviews the law that underpins employment contracts. You will examine how a properly drafted contract can outline the entitlements, obligations and restrictions on both the employer and the employee. This course will enable you to explain the practical and legal issues involved when drafting and amending employment contracts in different situations.
