FTNS 134 - Wellness Workshop: Myofascial Release Course Description Come find out how to properly use foam rollers to release trigger points and muscle tightness. We will guide you through some rolling techniques in order to help you relieve your sore muscles and increase circulation. Candidates are welcome to bring their own foam roller or borrow one of ours.
