AQUA 170 - Water Safety Instructor Part 3: Practicum

Course Description
Come finish your practicum at SAIT! We allow candidates to be a part of an entire lesson set, and gain valuable teaching experience. This will complete part 3 of 4 for your Water Safety Instructor certification.100% attendance and participation is mandatory and exceptions will not be made.

Additional Requisite Information:
Candidate must have completed WSI Part 1 (Skills Evaluation) and WSI Part 2 (Online). Workbook must be signed and presented on the first day, along with hard copy of online component completion. Candidates also must pass a criminal records check.

Board shorts (for men) and a racing style swim suit (or similar, for women) are the required uniform. More information will follow in an email prior to the course.
