SCMT 100 - Principles of Supply Chain Management
Course Description
Competition in the economy of today is rigorous and unrelenting. To achieve success in business today relies, in part, on how well your supply chain functions. This course will focus on an overview of the various SCM functions. This will include the management of resources to request, procure, produce, assemble, store, distribute, deliver, maintain, recycle and dispose of goods and services as well as consider some project management implications. We will discuss importance of processes and people in supply chain management.
