- the roles of three main parties in a project
- project procurement and negotiation
- subcontracting
- bonding
- insurance
- forms of contracts
- health and safety
- scheduling
- construction sequencing
- progress payments
- change management
- commissioning
- closeout
You will have the opportunity to apply each concept to a real-life construction scenario in practical exercises that accompany each course module.
