ESTM 102 - Estimating Cost Foundations

Course Description
Costing closes the loop on all estimating theory. This is the stage where all items required for the completion of a construction project are assigned a cost. These costs are identified and separated into Direct Costs and Indirect Costs. By the end of this course, you will be able to accurately identify and determine the different types of project costs.
