Course Description
Don’t let the stress of preparing a holiday feast overwhelm you. Let our chef instructor guide you through the preparation of a turkey brine and rub along with classic and contemporary sides, including apple sausage stuffing, parmesan glazed fennel and roasted carrots. Finish with a festive dessert: sticky toffee pudding with egg nog crème anglaise.
