MNGT 113 - Continuous Improvement Overview

Course Description
Effective continuous improvement programs enable people and organizations to get better at what they do by building on what they are good at. Understanding where and how to begin, although daunting, will mean the difference between success and failure. In this introductory course you will learn the fundamentals of Continuous Improvement (CI), including how to define it and build a framework program tailored for your organization.

You will work through a practical case study on how to design, implement, measure, and sustain a CI program plus learn tips and techniques that will make you successful. With special emphasis given to the role of the CI Leader, this knowledge will benefit anyone with a practical interest in continuous improvement.
