CKNG 180 - Eastern Mediterranean


Course Description
Explore the region between Europe and Asia through an exploration of Eastern Mediterranean culinary traditions. You’ll work with exotic spices and ingredients to create warm and inviting dishes including patatesli gozleme (Turkish flatbread), Greek moussaka, khoresh fesenjan (Persian casserole), saffron rice and Lebanese kibbeh.
