BAKE 166 - Fondant Basics


Course Description
Fondant has drawn many to the world of cake decorating for its easy-to-use versatility and visually effective results. In this course, you will learn the basics of fondant application by covering and decorating a 1-tier cake. Each student goes home with a completed 1-tiered fondant-covered cake to enjoy and Instagram.
