PIPE 109 - Ground Disturbance Course Description Ground disturbance is defined as any activity which will disturb the earth or reduce the ground cover over a buried installation. During the planning of the pipeline activities all efforts must be made to identify potential buried installations and take the necessary steps to prevent damage to these existing installations. This course will expose you to standard methods of accomplishing this task. You will learn about training requirements, legislation and guidelines from standards associations for ground disturbance, and find out more about the stakeholders and their individual responsibilities.
