AQUA 163 - Pre-Competitive Stroke Development

Course Description
In this course, swimmers work on developing competitive level swim skills. Endurance, as well as dives, turns and technique will be emphasized. This non-evaluative program readies swimmers to enter a swim club, enroll in lifesaving courses, and become a better recreational swimmer.

Additional Requisite Information:
Successful completion of Red Cross Swim Kids 8 (or equivalent) and 10 years of age on the first day of class.

Please bring proof of registration with you on the first day, as participation will not be permitted without a receipt, a digital copy is sufficient. Parking will be validated to a pre-set value at the Wellness desk prior to class, please bring your ticket with you.
