MNGT 130 - Introduction to Utility Vegetation Management
Course Description
In this course, you will receive an introduction to the utility vegetation management industry and the factors impacting integrated vegetation management programs, as well as receiving an overview of electrical systems in North America. You will outline the roles of stakeholders, legislation and regulations, permits and approvals and conduct an environmental scan of the industry. Utility Vegetation Management is created from a multitude of associated disciplines and you will review career paths and credentials leading into this unique industry.
