Course Description
Integrated logistics is focused on ensuring your customer needs are satisfied through effective management of processes and activities, from the sourcing of materials and services, through the conversion/production phases, then finally to the customer through a distribution network.

In this course you will explore the big picture of integrated logistics and recognize that through its evolution, significant value and competitive advantage have been realized by those organizations that expend efforts in their logistics activities.
