LDSH 010 - Integrating LEADS into the Workplace

Course Description
Integrating LEADS into the Workplace is a detailed three-day course which provides thorough training on the LEADS framework. This framework focuses on leading self, engaging others, achieving results, developing coalitions and systems transformation and can be used by all leaders, regardless of their role. The LEADS framework key skills, behaviours, abilities and knowledge required to lead in all sectors of the economy, and types of organizations are covered along with opportunities to apply select aspects of the framework.
