ESTM 105 - Introduction to Estimating
Course Description
Introduction to Estimating presents the principles behind construction estimating and the overall process of developing estimates for building projects. You will perform quantity takeoff and pricing for excavations, site services, concrete, framing and finishes. Additional topics include completion of a general expense sheet and standard bid documents.
