LDSH 009 - Introduction to the LEADS Framework
Course Description
Introduction to the LEADS Framework is a one-day course that presents an overview of the LEADS framework. This framework focuses on leading self, engaging others, achieving results, developing coalitions and systems transformation and can be used by all leaders, regardless of their role. The basic LEADS framework key skills, behaviours, abilities and knowledge required to lead in all sectors of the economy and types of organizations are introduced.
