FDPR 166 - Date Night at The Tastemarket


Course Description
Join us for an interactive evening of tasting great food and wine as you explore the story behind the food with instructional demonstrations by esteemed SAIT chefs and students.

Start by tasting local, hand-crafted charcuterie prepared in-house. Then, help prepare your main course as our chefs discuss where the ingredients come from and where to find them, why different flavours work together, and how to prepare the meal using trade secrets. Finally, enjoy dessert expertly demonstrated by our chef. All three courses are served with paired wine.

You’ll work hands-on to prepare your main course in this class. If you’d prefer to get your hands dirtier, join one of our fully hands-on Date Night classes at SAIT’s main campus or downtown Culinary Campus (course code FDPR 148).

Please note, our registration system requires students to register individually and the fees listed below are per person. To register a couple, please complete separate online registration forms for each person. Registrations must be booked under unique names for the individual in attendance. Duplicate registrations will not be processed.
