HCAR 108 - Mental Health Management Skills
Course Description
Mental Health Management Skills presents the impacts of, and common responses to, mental health disorders. Learners are provided with opportunities to practice simple adaptations and strategies used when caring for those with mental health behaviours, with a particular focus on dementia. Reporting of observations and clinically relevant information and the importance of establishing and maintaining partnerships with friends and family members will also be covered.
