PDEV 195 - Medical Laboratory Technology Preceptor Training
Course Description
MLT Preceptor Training presents information on the roles of a preceptor in the Medical Laboratory Technology program, planning and organizing learning experiences, precepting strategies and methods and assessment techniques. Teaching adult learners, competency-based education, facilitating learning styles, formative feedback strategies and conflict management will also be covered.
