Operations Management is an organizational process transforming materials into products and services consumed by a customer. Operations Management applies to every industry, business and charitable organization.

This course provides an overview of the operational strategy and organizational interface required to leverage facilities, labour, equipment, technology, and Continuous Improvement tools to attain financial results.
