AQUA 175 - Lifeguard School

Course Description
Our new lifeguard school allows candidates to complete all courses to become a certified lifeguard and swim instructor in just a month! Course completed include Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, Standard First Aid with CPR-C, National Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor. This classroom, pool and practicum inclusive course will prepare you to work at Aquatic Centers across Canada.”

Additional Requisite Information:
Candidates must be 16 years old on the first day of class, and complete a criminal records check with vulnerable sector search to be shown to the instructor on the first day. 100% attendance and participation is mandatory and exceptions will not be made.

Due to the intense nature of this course, strong swim skills are recommended. Parking will be validated to a pre-set value for registered participants. Please bring your ticket to the Wellness Desk before class for validation.

Please bring pen and paper, as well as multiple swim suits and towels. Board shorts and/or a racing style swim suit are the required uniform for the practical component.
