DRLG 104 - Demystifying Drilling
Course Description
Participants will learn some key terminology and develop a cursory level appreciation of what goes into drilling a well. The discussion will be followed by an opportunity for participants to drill a well using the same simulator that SAIT trains rig techs on. This will reinforce the principles that they’ve learned in the first half of the session and they’ll be able to say that they’ve actually operated a drilling rig!
