NUTR 400 - Nutrition Course Description People today have a heightened awareness of nutrition and its importance in healthy living. Consumers demand menu offerings that fit their health or lifestyle requirements yet still look and taste great. This nutrition course offers hands-on practice of concepts that will boost the nutritional quality of your menu items. You’ll find that recipe modification and using alternative ingredients are key to achieving success.Please note:
This course may be taken independently or toward earning the Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC) designation. To earn the CCC designation, participants must first apply for and be accepted into the program though the Canadian Culinary Institute (CCI).
