RSMG 102 - Project Risk Management Course Description Risk management is a key competency for today’s business professional. In a complex and fast-paced business environment it is essential that managers and business professionals proactively manage risk inherent in day-to-day operations, customer agreements, business investments and special projects.The learning material in this project risk management course will provide business professionals with best practice knowledge and tools to develop a sound risk management plan; perform a comprehensive risk assessment; develop a cost-effective risk response plan; provide for risk financing; and monitor risks to ensure risk responses are prompt and effective. You will experience application of the risk management principles through focused group activities completed during the workshops. The instructor will provide relevant context to the knowledge you gain through shared real life experiences and valuable lessons learned.
