Course Description
Successfully completing your UVM program in a safe, compliant, efficient and fiscally responsible manner will start with a clear and accurate evaluation of the scope of work to be completed. This workload evaluation will be the key foundation for your success in scheduling, budgeting, and procuring the appropriate resources to meet the needs of your program or project. In this course, you will take a hands on approach to learn the processes, tools and techniques for managing scope, resources, schedules, cost, procurement, and contracts. You examine best practices related to typical tree inventories, maintenance cycles, budgets, contracts, and work crew configurations.
