Team collaboration is essential for success as an Administrative Professional. This Building Collaborative Team Relations workshop is designed to provide you with awareness and tools that you can incorporate into any workplace so that you can improve team success. Topics covered include: team basics; identifying characteristics of high performing teams; the value of diversity; defining the relationship between collaboration and compromise and the role of emotions; conflict resolution; and appropriate rewards for team performance.
