Pre-requisites for course:

Professional registration as an MD, DDS, RN, EMT-P, RT, or Military QL-5 or above;
SAIT course CPRS 001 BLS Provider or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada Basic Life Support Provider certification;
SAIT EMED 001 Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Provider or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification; and
SAIT EMED 005 - Core Instructor or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada Core Instructor certification.
