Course Description
The food of South Africa is as diverse as its inhabitants with culinary traditions influenced by Dutch, French, Indian, Malaysian and indigenous peoples. Learn how to prepare traditional South African dishes such as bobotie (South African-style shepherd’s pie), vetkoek (fried bread), chakalaka vegetables, bredie (lamb stew), and warm malva pudding.
