AQUA 140 - National Lifeguard Award
Course Description
The National Lifeguard (NL) Award builds on the fundamental skills, knowledge and values taught in the lifesaving awards to develop the practical skills and knowledge required by lifeguards. Recognized as the standard of lifeguard performance in Canada, NL education is designed to develop a sound understanding of lifeguarding principles, good judgment and a mature and responsible attitude towards the role of a lifeguard.

Successful completion of Bronze Cross, Standard First Aid, and 16 years of age on the first day of class.
