LDSH 004 - Managing Change

Course Description
The one constant is change and certainly we can anticipate the rate of change will increase. We will continue to experience economic swings; competition will increase in part thanks to globalization and technology. This session will help you become more aware of the rate and impact of change, develop the personal resources to deal with change, understand change issues from an organizational perspective, overcome resistance to change, and learn how to help others move through the transition process.
