FTNS 125 - Hump Day HIIT


Course Description
This 30-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout will help you get through hump day and give you energy for the entire week. The class is a combination of high intensity bursts followed by short recovery–the perfect pair for a Wednesday.
