ESTM 107 - Residential Estimating

Course Description
This construction estimating course familiarizes you with the accounting principles associated with residential construction. These fundamentals will help in conducting research and developing detailed estimates for your clients.

You will learn about the estimating process and its role in the residential construction industry. From learning basic geometric calculations to measuring and pricing for excavation and backfill, concrete work, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and exterior and interior finishes, you’ll prepare an estimate summary and complete bid documents for a small housing project.
