Course Description
This course examines program management proven practices that will enable you to most effectively maximize the business value of your organization’s projects while capturing the incremental benefits of managing related projects in an integrated fashion.

You will review ownership and different ways that program management capability may be introduced into an organization’s established Project Management Office (PMO). You will also examine proven practices such as: aligning program and project objectives with corporate strategy; effective organizational change management; program governance with various methods and models; and stakeholder and benefits management. You will leave the course with a variety of sample templates.
