Course Description
This course focuses on the program and project management processes involved with managing compliance, stakeholders, communication, and documentation. The utility vegetation management industry is guided by a spectrum of governing authorities, ranging in risk level from legal requirements to internal standard operating procedures. Stakeholders play an important role in the development of your UVM program plan and impact the way you will implement and manage that program. Communication and documentation is key. This course will provide you with a hands-on approach to practice the management processes using effective tools and techniques to manage the risks.
