Course Description
This course for the intermediate surface land administrator provides insight and detailed direction on how to obtain surface rights in Alberta. Increase your knowledge and expertise about the following surface land administration topics: addressing Third Party Agreements, Crown EAP process, Public Lands Administration Regulation, Surface Rights Act, Right-of-Entry and the Surface Rights Board, the Acquisition and Divestiture process and an introduction to First Nations Consultation in Alberta.

Participants should have surface land administration experience and be familiar with industry terms and processes.
