ESTM 104 - Estimating Capstone Project

Course Description
This course highlights the skills required to complete various classes of estimates as per CIQS standards. The project will include pre-construction planning, estimating take-off, pricing, risk assessments, project scheduling, fee determination and cost escalation. The project will be prepared to an industry level while demonstrating good document and file management skills. . Upon completion, learners will submit their final project.
