FNCE 104 - Cost Planning and Control Essentials
Course Description
This course introduces essential aspects of cost planning and control in the construction industry, and describes the fundamental concepts required for the successful financial management of a typical construction project. Key topics include: managing cash flow, managing and documenting expenditures, tracking materials and labor, and completing projects on budget.
