SELL 100 - Appointments, Repair Orders and Selling Course Description This course introduces the importance of following the correct steps to create appointments and manage the repair order (RO) from beginning to end. In the sales process, students will learn about using feature and benefit to up-sell required work, how to sell value and how to overcome objections. In addition, the course highlights the importance of effective communications and displaying a professional attitude in the day-to-day operations of the service advisor.
